Comet Ikeya-Zhang, a second view. This photo was taken while the comet was circumpolar for northern latitudes. However, I was on Tenerife at the time, so the comet only rose at 5:00 in the morning, but it made an incredible sight, a tail several degrees long against the black sky. Here, it is southwest of Cassiopeia, with some red emission nebulae visible at at top left and a small star cluster at the bottom.
