East of Deneb (NGC 7000)

North America and Pelican Nebulae

3 degrees east of the star Deneb in Cygnus lies the North America Nebula, one of the best-known deep sky objects seen from the northern hemisphere. Directly next to it lies the Pelican Nebula.
